Trustee Denise Harris has been a resident of the Village of Dolton for over 14 years. She previous served as an Auditor for the Illinois Department of employment security for 27 years. Trustee Harris is the mother of two daughters, Janice and Stephanie and was elected as a Village of Dolton Trustee in 2005.

Trustee Harris acts as Chairperson of the following Village of Dolton Committees:

• Chairperson of the Dolton Committee on Economic and Capital development
• Chairperson of Dolton’s 1st Annual Cancer Walk
• Chairperson of the Health Committee
• Chairperson of the Recreation Committee
• Chairperson of the Dorchester Committee
• Co-Chairperson of the License and Consumer Protection Committee

She is a member of Valley Kingdom Ministries International Church and Helping Hands and Pastor’s Love Ministries.
