Trustee Deborah Green has been an active Dolton resident for over 20 years. She previously worked with the Cook County Assessor’s Office as the Assistant Director of Commercial Property Appeals and Director of Omitted Assessments Senior Field Analyst.

Trustee Green enjoys volunteer work with the Dorchester Senior Center, Dolton Cheerleaders, Girls Scouts and Berger-Vanderberg School. She was appointed to the Village of Dolton Trustee Position in 2008 and ultimately elected to the position in the 2009 election. She is former chairperson of Dolton Zoning Board of Appeals, a founding member of Dolton’s Annual Women’s History Celebration and sits on the following committees:

 

• Chairperson of the Budget and Government Committee
• Chairperson of the Rules & Ethics Committee
• Chairperson of the Housing & Real Estate Committee
• Chairperson of the Judiciary Committee
